Adults take 1 vege cap daily with water or as directed by your healthcare professional.

I stated taking these daily about 2 weeks ago and I am now hooked! I started on the beauty supplements about a month ago. And im really feeling and seeing the great results that it is giving me with my hair, skin, and nails.
